Through our focus on Revitalization, Education, and Veteran causes, the Foundation supports local nonprofits that strengthen the communities we serve.

This year, the UpTheGood Foundation is proud to support ACCESS of Wilmington as the beneficiary of Recess at the Lake. ACCESS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to health and wellness through sports, recreation, and fitness for individuals with disabilities.

Since opening the Miracle Field and Kiwanis Miracle Playground in 2013, ACCESS has empowered hundreds of children, adults, and veterans through programs including The Miracle League of Wilmington, ACCESS Fit, Project SOAR, and ACCESS Play. Their inclusive spaces and programs have brought the joy of recreation and connection to countless individuals and families throughout our community.
